To be able to rent an apartment from us you first need to be in our interest que.
It takes about 10-12 years to get enough points for a chans to a contract.
Some timed we hav something called Bums, here you don´t need to have any Points. The system make an election by it self.

It sounds strange if you have been banned after one time.
If you refuse 5 times, you will be blocked for six months.
