Hej, I've been working for a year here in Sweden, and I'd like to update my portfolio for future job applications. Am I allowed to use content from my current employer in my portfolio?

The short answer is that the right to use the product of your work is your employer's. That means that you aren't allowed to use the product of your work without your employer's consent.
In other words, you need to talk to your employer before you add your work to your portfolio.
