To renew the SSG Entre Basic course, or any other course that entails cost, you will need to either be the administrator of the company or contact the person who is. It's not until after the administrator assign you the renewal that you're able to take the course again and extend the validity.
If you're unsure about who your administrator is, you will find this information at "My details" when you are logged in. You are also welcome to contact SSG Support to find this out.
If you need to renew local courses, free of charge, you will be able to renew them on your own.
