I'm trying to invite a new user to our company, but the invitation fails. How do I proceed?

If an invitation for some reason fails, it's very important that you don't create a new one, but instead edit the existing one.
To edit an invitation, simply click on the users name in the list of invited users, modify the contact option and click on update invitation.
