If an invite for some reason fails, it's very important that you don't create a new one but instead edit the existing one.
To edit an invitation, simply click on the users name in the list of invited users, modify the contact option, name and click on update invitation.

I have created a new user and sent the invitation by e-mail.
He has received an e-mail, wanted to register with his e-mail address, but the following message appears:
When opening an invite, the first step the user gets to is where he can search for his existing account, to see if he's ever been a user within SSG before.
If not, he will need to click on "create a new account" in order to proceed. The account he creates will then connect with the invite you created, and he will gain access to any courses you may have assigned.
