Freezing nuclei

A couple of questions:
Is a freezing nuclei physically different from a condensation nuclei? Are they larger?
Is it correct that supercooled water droplet can condensate when contact with condensation nuclei but needs a freezing nuclei in order to freeze?

I recommened you to ask this questions to a University. In Sweden, Stockholm and Uppsala have meteorological department.
