Can I apply to lease an apartment through Boplats if my wife own an apartment and she is the only owner of that apartment?

If you and your wife are going to separate and not live together, you can apply to lease an apartment for yourself.
In order to lease an apartment, you cannot have two residences. Once you get an apartment lease, you must be registered (folkbokförd) at that address and live there permanently.
