Wire whisks & wire beaters.

Using the beaters& wire whisks- the plastic piece that fits into the black holder- they are grinding off- & suddenly stop beating. What am I doing wrong?

  • Hi Sarah,

    sounds like there's too much resistance in the bowl, I.e. too much ingredients, or they are not properly attached to the whisk holder. They are supposed to "click" when they snap in place.

  • I tried again & clicked in place- using slower speed & worked well until about finished & they made grinding noise again. This was mixing cookie dough. I'll keep trying & see if I can figure this out. Thanks for help.
