Three related items regarding adjustment of parts.
(1) The PIN that holds the hook and the roller in place is loose. I cannot get it to stay UP.
(2) The dough hook position is incorrect with respect to side of bowl, the bottom of the bowl and with respect to the PIN. The net of all this is the range of motion is unnecessarilylimited.
(3) The roller position is also "off", near as I can tell. I know it is with respect to the bottom of the bowl. I can't even slide a piece of paper under it when it is on the PIN, in place, and trying to follow instructions to correct this is not working -- because of the PIN?
And I'm keeping any question about the bread knife out of mind...
Suggestions?
