The knob for the dough roller

I love baking, especially breads. 
Bought this machine 3 months ago I've watched the video multiple times.  But my problem is the knob keeps loosens up with the dough roller and then the roller is banging against the side of the bowl.  How can I fix this?  What am I doing wrong?
