Tension knob and arm won't move at ALL
I used my Ank for the first time this morning - I had watched the videos and read the instructions - but now I cannot budge the tension knob and the arm won't move either so I can't move it to the center as directed -- I'm so distressed - it just arrived this week. How can I fix this I can't use the machine at all like this.

Thank you for reaching out. Standing in front of the mixer, pull the arm towards you. This will release the tension on the tension know allowing you to easily loosen it completely, allowing the arm to go back to its original position behind the bowl.
When the knob is fully tightened down, it can be difficult loosening it without first pulled the arm towards the middle of the bowl and releasing the tension on the knob.
