If I order a mixer and don't like the color, what is the return policy and do you provide free return shipping?

As long as the machine has not been used, and you notify us that you would like to change the color as soon as your order arrives, we can "generally" accommodate a color swap without incurring our normal 15% restocking fee. However, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the mixer. We cover shipping on orders over $200 and would cover the shipping on the replacement color, but you would be responsible for getting the original color back to our office.
