Plastic beater bowl
I have a recipe for semifreddo that I have to heat the egg yolk, sugar and lemon juice mixture to 170 degrees. Once this achieved on the stove in a saucepan can I safely beat this mixture until cool, thick and doubled in volume safely in the plastic bowl?
