Meat grinder
Can I use the meat grinder or other attachment to grind corn for tortilla dough? The corn is cooked with a bit of lime/calcium carbonate (take this into consideration to make sure it is ok with all the surfaces it will come in contact with). The dough (masa) is thick an sticky like any other dough, the cooked corn grains are about the size of a hazelnut and are soft but not enough to be ground by hand
