Large batches of Cookies
If I was making a large double/triple batch of cookies, would the dough roller work? I’m worried the bowl with the beaters wouldn’t have the capacity. Side note: the triple recipe I have in mind has 7 cups of flour, 3 cups of butter, 6 eggs, etc
