Hi, quick question, how do I store bread the best way to avoid it becoming dry or going bad?

A general rule for storage of bread and buns is to never store it in the fridge, where bread dries out fast. The best method really is to freeze freshly made bread and thaw it in time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Remember you can slice your bread before freezing and you wont have to thaw an entire loaf when you just want one sandwich.
