How can I be sure how to know my bread isn't over or underbaked?

When I'm baking bread, it has a tendency to either be under or overbaked, do you have a suggestion for how to strike the perfect balance?

  • Hi, we recommend using a thermometer to measure the inner temperature of the bread. There are thermometers with a thin prong which measures the exact temperature within seconds, they don't leave big marks in your bread. Another tip is if you for example make breakfast buns, make sure to weigh the dough before rolling it into buns. If all buns are of the same size and volume, they'll all be ready at the same time.
