My boyfriend is a baker. at least once a week he bakes 4 loafs of bread. Is your mixer is strong enough for him to take 2.5 KG of flour?

absolutely, 2,5 kg's is no problem. the bowl is 7 liters big, so be sure to add up the ingredients and see if that capacity is enough for you.
