Batch download discharge (grundnät) data and drainage area (avrinningsarea) shapefile

Dear sir, madam,

My name is Leon van Voorst and I am currently doing my thesis at the TU Delft (the Netherlands). I am studying water management and would like to use your discharge dataset for my analysis.

As my Swedish is limited to a few words, I have some questions on data availability:

I would like to have time series of all fully operating discharge (grundnät) stations. Is it possible to download this in batch?

I saw that it's known what the drainage area (avrinningsarea) is for every discharge station. Is there a shape file of these drainage areas available? And if not, how was this determined?
