No account linked to the email/mobile phone number

I have created a new user and sent the invitation by e-mail.
He has received an e-mail, wanted to register with his e-mail address, but the following message appears:

When opening an invite, the first step the user gets to is where he can search for his existing account, to see if he's ever been a user within SSG before.
If not, he will need to click on "create a new account" in order to proceed. The account he creates will then connect with the invite you created, and he will gain access to any courses you may have assigned.
