Missing email with log in details

Me and my colleagues have been registered.
But how do we take the course?
We have not received a code or something. So we can't follow the course.
This is problematic seeing we are no longer allowed entree to the clients site...

    Check if the course invitation is in the junk or spam filter or else contact your administrator to make sure the email address is correct.

    I have the same problem. We tryed to invite me couble of times but no help.
    Junkbox e-mail is empty.

  • Hi Jani,

    If you are having trouble receiving the invite via e-mail, you administrator can edit your invite and choose to send it to your mobile phone number instead (that way you get the invite via text message to your phone).
