I lost my access card, how do I order a new one?

  The administrator at your company is the one who is able to order a new card.
  
  As an administrator, follow these steps once you are logged in:
  

  • Click on "Users"
  • Select user
  • Click on "Order replacement card"
  • The item will then be added to the shoppingcart
  • Click on the shoppingcart and "Next" 
  • At the final step, you will get to select delivery- and invoice address, and confirm the order.
