Recovering personal number for login

Hi,
I'm a international student and I registered to lulebo's website, but I forgot the personal number that was generated for me (since I still don't have one) and now I can't login. Normally I would register again but since the queue points are so important, I would like to recover the generated number so I can login in that same account again.

    Personal matters are not handled in our customer forum. For personal matters, please contact our Customer Center on 0920-23 67 00, telephone hours weekdays 7:15 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
