Now available apartments?

I am searching for a student apartment and I found some that say they are available now. I want to rent in from the next month (April). Will this be possible or I have to pay also for March?
Also, is there a way to know if the apartment I am looking at is furnished or not?

The student apartments that´s available now on our website can be signed from 1 April as the latest. On the description of the apartment you can see if it´s furnished or not.
