What is a delivery list (leveransförteckning in Swedish)?

A delivery list is a list of the contents of your legal deposit copies.

When you send legal deposit copies of your print, the delivery must also contain a list of the contents. On the delivery list, or the print list, the following information must be included:

Who is the supplier?
(name, address, telephone, e-mail and possible contact person)

When was the material produced?
(when the material was produced, i.e. when the material was printed/copied)

Delivery date
(when the legal deposit copy was sent)

The contents of the shipment

Author name/publisher, title and information on edition of books and maps.
Title and number of journals.
For everyday prints, posters, postcards, etc. it is sufficient to state only the number of copies for each category in the shipment.

If a delivery list is missing from the delivery or if the information on the list is incomplete, KB (The National Library of Sweden) and the legal deposit libraries reserve the right to demand any missing titles with reference to the section below in the Swedish Act (1993:1392) on legal deposit copies of documents

The delivery list must be sent in two copies. You get one back, stamped and signed by the library as a receipt that the delivery has been received.
