Noise complaint

What can I do if I am annoyed/disturbed by noise or noisy neighbours?

  • Dear tenants,

    Please file a noise protocol in which you record the time, date and type of noise.

    You create a request on MyHome and upload the documentation there.
    You can then update the request with the concern if necessary.

    If you prefer, you can also send your noise log to service@heimstaden.de.
