The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a global humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We provide emergency assistance and protect people’s rights in the world’s most challenging crises. Right now, we are responding to both new and protracted crises in more than 30 countries, providing essentials such as shelter, clean water, protection, legal assistance, and education.

NRC receives many individual requests for assistance. Our assistance is managed through the NRC offices in the countries we work in. We run programmes to support people affected by displacement in specific locations. This means that NRC generally cannot grant individual requests for assistance outside of these programmes.
