Which hole disc should I use?

Hello, I have an Ankarsrum with the meat mincer attachment, and 2 different hole discs. Which one of these works best for deer meat?

  • Hi, it depends on what texture you want for your minced meat. For finely minced meat I would recommend starting the grind with the disc with bigger holes (6mm), and then mincing another time with a disc with smaller holes.
