Sugar cookies

Which bowl and attachments do you recommend for sugar cookies? I love the way the beaters cream the sugar and butter but feel like the dough is a little too thick for the plastic bowl and beaters. What do you suggest I use?

    We would agree. The beaters are not designed for thicker cookie dough. We would recommend the large SS bowl with the roller/scraper. We would encourage you to watch our Masterclass on making cookies to see how this works:
