Stirato Recipe

The Stirato recipe is now detailed enough. The directions do not ask you to add the yeast! The last step of making two loaves is unclear. Do you stack the two pieces of dough inside the baker? Please revise and provide more details. Thanks, Sharon

  • Hi Sharon.  The yeast is to be added with the flour.  As far as the dough, those are two separate loaves that go into the Emile Henry baker mentioned in the recipe side by side. There are two wells in the base of the baker.
