Speed control stuck up. Cannot turn
Stuck up. Cannot turn to change speed. Got this mixer aug 6. 2024 only and used it for the 5th time.

The most common reason for the speed knob to become stuck is that either some of the polishing cream applied during installation got behind the knob and has now caused it to stick or, food/liquid has been spilled on the front of the machine during use and done the same. You can gently remove the speed knob by pulling straight off the machine. You may need the help of a flat butter knife to gently give some leverage. Once the knob has been removed, wipe down the back side of the knob and taking a damp cloth, gently wipe around the area on the front panel where the knob sits. Once this is complete, push the speed knob back into place and you should be good to go.
