Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Hello,  I make sourdough based chocolate chunk cookies.  Would using starter and chocolate chunks (a little larger than regular size chocolate chips) be too much for the cookie whisks and will a single batch do okay in the stainless bowl with dough roller and dough knife?

  • The beater bowl with single wire beaters may be able to handle your recipe but the stainless bowl with dough roller and dough knife absolutely can handle it. Because you know your recipe better than we do, we would encourage you to watch our Masterclass Cookie video where we give some general guidelines for recipe size and dough texture and then applying that information to your recipe to determine which bowl and mixing tool would be best.
