what is the shipping time to send a new mixer to New York State?
Also is it the same quality machine and warranty if I buy it new from amazon?

Hello, orders placed on our website ship from our Atlanta warehouse in 2-3 business days of being purchased and then generally take 2 business days to arrive via UPS Ground. As long as you purchase from an authorized retailer on Amazon, the units are new and have the same warranty.
