Not a profressional baker

I am retired and while I like to bake I only make one loaf of bread, or 1 cake, or 12 muffins....etc. Is this machine too much for me for how I will use it?

Hi Karen, though the Ankarsrum is for home bakers for sure, and is of course built to last a very long time, it might be bigger than what you are needing.
