Mixer sounds loud

I just bought this mixer today, when I turned it on with the steel bowl it sounds really loud like something is loose or vibrating. I tried adding the bread attachments, dough roller and knife and it sounds the same. Even when I take the bowl off it sounds loud. I even tried switch to different surfaces, oven stove top, counter, wood table, it sounds the same on each. I attached a video for reference.
