I would like to purchase the pasta attachments.... What are they made of? I know marcata makes their own pasta machine and the rollers are made of aluminum. My son can not have exposure to aluminum. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out! The rollers are made of aluminum, the outer casing is made of stainless steel.
