How big doughs can I make in the Ankarsrum?

Does any of your models handle more than 1,5 liters of liquid? I'm looking for a powerful mixer that can handle at least 2 liters of liquid.

  • The volume of our mixer is 7 liters, max capacity is therefore 5 kilos of dough, based on 1,5-2 liters of liquid, depending on hydration. This is enough dough for 150 cinnamon buns, or 6-8 big loaves of bread.

  • Hi，for the 7 qt capacity, is it possible to make dough in 3kg flour? Is better to use dough hook than roller when I make the large amounts of dough？

    3 kg's might be stretching it, but it depends on the amount of liquid. I would use the hook in cases like these.
