From the Chocolate nice cream receipt

1,5 msk cocoa is called out as the second ingredient.  I cannot find a rational conversion for 1,5 msk to any cooking unit of measure, be it volume or weight.  I am assuming that it is a typo, but for what?  In non-metric terms I would expect something close to 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, but that is just a guess.

  • Hi Phil,

Msk refers to the Swedish equivalent to tablespoon, which is equal to 15 ml in metric units. 1,5 msk should then be 25 ml.

I'll have a colleague of mine have a look at the recipe. 😀
