I just bought the Flaker and have a couple of questions.
Can I take it apart and clean it and how often is it recommended to clean it?
Is there an adjustment to the thickness of the flake?

It is possible to take apart and clean the flake mill but it is not possible to adjust the thickness of the flake.
To clean the flake mill, remove the two silver knobs/screws on the front of the attachment. Then pull away the front of the housing, this will give you access to the roller. We suggest cleaning the roller with a dry bristle brush to remove any grain oils and dust. Depending on how often you use the attachment, we suggest cleaning once per month or so.
