Evidence of purchase

When we purchased our mixer and pasta attachment I noted the warranty requires proof of purchase however we did not receive a receipt. We purchased our machines on 10th March 2024 and paid a total of $1623. Can you please provide a receipt (proof of purchase) Thankyou.

  • Hi Estelle, I absolutely hate to make you feel like I'm passing you off but sadly I'm not able to help with this one. My colleague Johan in the home office will need to step in and make contact with the Distributor in Australia in order to get you a copy of your purchase receipt.
