How many standard batches of cookie dough can this mixer manage at a time?

not sure exactly how big a standard batch of cookie dough is, but the capacity of the stainless steel bowl is 5 kg / 7 liters. If you could get back to me with a recipe I could probably give you a guesstimate on if you can double or triple the batch. 😀Â
