Cold butter

How do I mix cold butter into dry ingredients? I have tried the roller but it didn’t go well.

  • Hi Lisa,

    I usually cube it up and add a little at a time if it's a bread dough. For pastry I always go room temp and chill the pastry in the fridge if needed.
