Buttercream Frosting

Which bowl would you use to make buttercream frosting?  And which attachment?

  • Hi Jean, either bowl will work. If you use the large stainless steel bowl, then use the dough roller and dough knife. If using either the plastic or stainless beater bowl, then you will use the single wire beaters.
