Do you recommend the roller for brioche?

    we recommend the roller for almost any type of dough, the hook excels at bigger batches and drier doughs such as rye bread.

  • I am interested in possibly purchasing an Ankarsrum, but I want to make sure it will work with a high hydration dough, particularly for ciabatta bread.  I did not see on your website a recipe for ciabatta?
