Bowl cover

Is the bowl cover just for storing in the refrigerator? Or does it cover the bowl while mixing to prevent mess?

  • The bowl cover will fit both the Stainless Steel bowl as well as the beater bowl. For the SS Bowl, it is meant to be used as either a cover while the mixer is sitting on your counter and is also perfect for proofing dough right in the bowl. So to answer your question, it can not be used while mixing anything in the SS Bowl. With the beater bowl however, it can be used while mixing to prevent splashing.
