Is the gear available separately? I only see complete package of beater bowl and whisks, etc.

plus, they seem to be out of stock.

I love my mixer, but am concerned about forever plastics. Would you consider making metal replacements for the plastic mixing knob and scraping arm that are used with the metal bowl? Likewise, would you consider making a glass or metal bowl to substitute for the plastic bowl? I’m more than happy to pay additional costs to avoid using plastic.

Hi Maria,

Last year we came out with a metal bowl that's optional if one want's to replace their plastic clear whisking bowl. It's available for purchase through our retailers.

As for the dough roller and dough knife, there are no plans at the moment to produce these in another material, but that does not rule out anything regarding future changes in materials.
