Good morning! We are from the Philippines and I read some of the questions here that BankID is only for Swedish bank accounts

In order for your stepfather to be able to log in to our website, you currently need a Swedish bank ID.
We are working hard to be able to log in with the FrejaID service and hopefully this login method will be able to be used as early as next week. If your stepfather is connected to FrejaID, you can log in with this from next week.
If your stepfather does not have access to any of these login options, you are most welcome to contact our customer service and we can send information by post.
