SL Störningsinformation 2 is missing events
After having a general impression that there have been less events reported this year in july and august, looking at individual events that I come by also shows that for e.x. train cancelled events are not reported.
For e.x. today Pendeltåg 43 towards Bålsta that would arrive at Stockholm City at 08:14 has been cancelled "between Nynäshamn and Bro", but there is no event reported for that. The first one reported for 43 is {'header': 'Försenad avgång mot Västerhaninge', 'details': 'Försening för pendeltåg på Pendeltåg linje 43 från Spånga kl 8:15 mot Västerhaninge på grund av signalfel.', 'date': datetime.datetime(2018, 8, 13, 8, 31, 24, tzinfo=<UTC>), 'line': '43', 'scope': 'Pendeltåg 43', 'mode': 'TRAIN'}, which is a consequence of the previous cancellation.

The information is written manually and is probably not covering 100% of the disturbances in the SL traffic. Unless messages regarding one transport mode are missing all together, or that you can see messages in another API, there are no reason to suspect any system error.
I attached a screenshot, it shows there is a message about a cancellations, so it has been reported through the other API, but not through Störningsinformation 2.
