Password reset and adding additional api not possible

Hello,
I tried today to reset my password. I got a link to reset it, but entering a new password did not work. Additionally I cannot add a new api (like SL Real Time Information 4) to my profile.
The username is service@fluidtime.com

    Can you please disable all translation plug-ins in your browser? They are known to break the website. You can try disabling them after you have filled in the forms, so you can fill in everything in English, but it should be Swedish when you click on the submit button. The same goes for adding new APIs to your project.

    thank you. I could add now new APIs, but setting the password did still not work.

  • Yes, I tried it with a new password reset link (also with translations disabled), but it did not work either.

    Did you logged out before you used the restore link in the email?

    sry, no, it did not work. I meant that I tried it in a logged out state but it didn't work either.
