What is my username?

Hello
I can’t log in to my account. I’ve tried many times but it says ‘invalid login attempt’. I also tried to reset my password but I didn’t receive a link??

Kindly help me access my account 😀

    When you try to log in, what do you type in as your username?

  • Your username is your social security number, not your email. If you do not have a swedish social security number, your username is your birthdate + the four random letters you got when you created your account. Write in this format: YYYYMMDD-XXXX
